Razvanboar builds, resurfaces, and rebuilds pools for homeowners across Gilbert, Arizona and the surrounding East Valley. Some of those pools need nothing more than a fresh quartz or pebble interior finish over a sound shell. Others hide a cracked bond beam or a shell that has shifted in the caliche soil, and no amount of new plaster fixes that. We assess the structure before we quote, because the shell decides the job, not the surface.

How We Work

We start with a free on-site look. We walk the pool, check the coping and waterline tile, sound out the shell, and test the drain covers against the current ANSI/PHTA/ICC-7 anti-entrapment standard. Then we tell you plainly whether a resurface will carry you fifteen more years or whether a rebuild is the honest call. You get a written estimate either way, with no pressure toward the bigger project. Code details, from the NEC 680.26 bonding grid to a 48-inch safety barrier, are part of the work, not an add-on.
